Bus Travel Forms

Bus travel forms are required to be completed and returned within the first week of travel.  It is important not only for the correct bus fare to be charged but also so Glasshouse Country Coaches has emergency contact information should we need to get in touch for any reason.

Students that live in the Beerburrum, Beerwah, Landsborough, Peachester & Glasshouse Mountains area and meet the eligibility criteria below may be eligible to receive part or fully subsidised travel.

• Primary school students must live more than 3.2 Km from the nearest state primary school

• Secondary school students must live more than 4.8 Km from the nearest state secondary school

• Non-state school students must live more than the required distances above from both the nearest state and non-state school attended

• Should you not meet the above distance criteria but hold a current Health Care Card (issued by Centrelink), Pensioner Concession Card (issued by Centrelink) or a DVA pensioner card with the students listed as dependent you will receive a subsidised fare rate.

Non-state school students that do not meet any of the above criteria may also be eligible to apply for Non State School Transport assistance scheme (NSSTAS)  to check eligibility and how to apply please CLICK HERE 

For students attending Glasshouse Christian College will need to contact the school directly to find out more about the NSSTAS.
